Week 3

I knew that I would not be logging in as many miles this week.  Over the weekend we watched 5 additional kids for 3 days - 2 teenagers, 1 toddler, and twin 9 month old babies.  It was exhausting.  I tried to run when I could and I had to skip my long run this weekend.
