Week 2

I didn't log in as many miles this week as I had planned but I have to remember that it is good that I am running at all in this dreadful humid heat.  I took an additional day off this week because I was exhausted.  I try to listen to my body at all times even if it means missing one of my planned workouts.  I know that I have saved myself on a few occasions from injury just because I listened to my body.  It's still early in my training so I will be ok.
