Week 6

August 22- August 27

This was a great week.  I am finally back on track and running a bit faster now.  Up until this point I have not really done a whole lot of speed just because the heat and humidity is such a killer and I am so worried of over heating.  Since I have some mileage in now I decided it was time to pick up the pace.  It is still really humid and hot but I am hoping that it will start to break in the next couple of weeks.
